POSTER 2 PROCESS

I started my poster by marking in all the grids and lines and measurements so that everything would be symmetrical (rotational symmetry) I then started testing different lines and shapes and the overlapping of the ribbons in pencil until I was satisfied, I then carefully outlined the final design with a thick black ink pen. Once I got that base done I started testing where I add in the details and imagery of thorns which I wanted to portray both the thorns on roses and the bow on a present, so I ended up following the pre-drawn guidelines and make s star shape formed by four equilateral triangles.
